Talk to a person, or buy by invoice

You do not need an account to talk to us, and you can fix one PDF free without one.

The fastest way to find out whether this is useful to you is to try it on one of your own PDFs. It costs nothing, needs no account, and what it fixes is yours to download whether or not you ever buy anything.

Who to write to

Paying by invoice or purchase order

Credits are bought by invoice, with your PO or reference number printed on it if you give one, and the credits are added to your account when the payment reaches us — not when the purchase order is raised.

  1. Pick a pack

Signed in, press Buy under a pack on the pricing page.

  2. Add your PO number

Type it when you press Buy, with your accounts-payable email, and it is printed on the invoice.

  3. Accounts payable pays it

By card or bank transfer (ACH), on Stripe's secure page for the invoice.

  4. The credits arrive

When the payment reaches us: about a minute by card, a few business days by transfer.

What a purchasing department usually asks for

What is being bought
A credit pack at the price on the pricing page, which also says how many credits a page takes; credits do not expire. Work we have quoted in writing is invoiced once, at the price in the quote you accepted.
How you are invoiced
One invoice per pack, stating its own due date. The credits are added to your account when it is paid.
How you pay
Card or bank transfer (ACH), both offered on the invoice page itself. A card payment usually lands within a minute; a bank transfer when it reaches us, which can take several business days. Card and bank details are typed on Stripe's page and never reach us; Stripe may keep them on file for your next payment. We charge nothing automatically — every invoice is one you asked for.
Renewal
Nothing renews. Credits do not expire, and another pack is bought only when you want one.
W-9, insurance certificates, SAM.gov and similar
Ask, and we will send what we have. We would rather tell you we do not hold something than let you find out during a requisition.

What we cannot do

GovAccess does not certify ADA, Section 508 or WCAG compliance, and no software that repairs a PDF can show that a document meets a standard. It fixes what software can in each PDF and says, in a plain report, what a person should still check. Judgements about legal compliance are your counsel’s.

Where a fixed copy has its headings, lists and tables marked inside the file, the report says what was checked and what was not. This is stated plainly in the product, not only here.
